Brian was hired six months out of college at Fox Sports radio as the local affiliate's Sports Director. Within 6 month's time, he was promoted to Program Director. It was here that Brian built a programming staff of 25 people which included both part-time and full-time persons. In an operations capacity at the station, he would go on to host many programs, produce a wide variety of shows, and build countless commercial campaigns. He would stay there until the latter half of 2010.
