Window Works/ Leaf Home Enhancements

Brian joined Window Works in 2019 to help restructure the Recruiting Department. He has helped reduce time to hire, increase show rate, and develop new, more effective methods for analyzing metrics.  Additionally he has worked tirelessly to homogenize recruiting processes and simplify workflow.
